We’re hiring a Client Care & Vibe Coordinator — the person who keeps our office running smoothly, helps onboard new agents, and brings good energy into every day. You’re the friendly first face that greets people when they walk in, the organized mind that keeps things in order, and the steady support that helps our agents thrive.

This role is part front-office coordinator, part onboarding support, part COOLTURE builder. You’ll make sure new agents are set up for success, office systems are humming, and compliance items don’t fall through the cracks. For the right person, there’s even potential to take on additional paid transaction coordination work as you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome agents, clients, and guests — set the tone for a positive, professional space
• Support new agent onboarding: setup in systems, connect to tools, and review brokerage processes
• Maintain office organization: supplies, event prep, cleanliness, and daily flow
• Assist with document management — scanning, mailing, and maintaining digital files
• Help monitor compliance checklists and ensure agent files stay on track
• Coordinate with leadership on agent milestones, closings, and celebrations
• Support office events, trainings, and community-building efforts
• For licensed candidates: assist with transaction coordination for additional pay
